What to Bring

  • Drink plenty of water prior to your appointment, being properly hydrated will allow your body to maximise the benefits

  • Be sure to sign the waver before your appointment

  • Remove all jewellery

  • We recommend disconnecting from your mobile phones while in the sauna

  • The optimal temperature is between 50-55 degrees

  • We supply towels to each sauna room, although we recommend bringing your own for the shower afterwards

  • Each sauna room comes with bluetooth connectivity so you can listen to all your favourite music
